Hollis has several roads which have been widened/biking trails added.
And don't forget about Beaver Brook! It's beautiful in there.

That too...Beaver Brook is amazing. Love the nature but also organized gardens. Very educational too (and great prices for snow-shoe rentals/lessons in the winter).

ALSM is on a distinguished road
Thanks Everyone. I think we're going with Bedford - Hollis is beautiful but Bedford just seemed right for us. We're coming up this weekend to look for a rental apt. until our house sells here.

A couple more questions about Bedford/surrounding towns -
Are there any farmstands in Bedford?
How about homemade ice cream places?

I'm thinking summer....

Bedford has a farmer's market once a week at Benedictine Park. I THINK it's every Tuesday afternoon from 3-6.

For homemade ice cream I recommend The Puritan Backroom in Manchester. It's a restaurant, but they make their own ice cream and it's YUMMY! There's a takeout counter if you don't want to sit down.
