Default Nashua

I'm considering Nashua for retirement in a few years...is it "senior friendly", I am very active but like a smaller town feel. I don't have any family nearby but I like living where there are lots of people of all ages. And I love New England!

Nashua is the second largest city in the state- I would not exactly describe it as having "smaller town feel".

Where are you moving from? Nashua feels very small town compared to DC, NYC, Philly, Boston...but not compared to Hollis, Amherst, and real "small towns" nearby.

I would HIGHLY encourage you to checkout Hollis and Amherst- close to Nashua & Manchester...but they are small towns. Hollis seems to have a little more going on locally (despite being smaller)- but the Library, Beaver Brook Association, etc- just have a ton going on.
