Try the Hippo, put out by Hippopress............good for finding out about Manchester NH. Has lots of info about local attractions, restaurants, the arts and entertainment, etc. And...it is FREE! Hippo - News and Culture Weekly

Hippo has a Nashua edition as well. Depending on where you are, there are many local weekly publications such as The Milford Cabinet (Frontpage The Cabinet Press, Inc.). Nh.com has information and nhevents.com has listings of events...

FWIW, I stopped reading Yankee a while ago 99% of their stories were way too depressing.

Union Leader is a great newspaper, they actually appear a bit conservative. Many of their sditorials actually challenge government decisions, not like the birdcage liners in Massachusetts which just blow warm air up the butts of the sheeple while praising Devil Patrick.

Can you guess where I moved from ?
