We finally made it to Bedford two days ago and love it! Part of settling in is to pick a health plan, find a good dentist, family doctor, pediatrician etc. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Doctor- We've been VERY happy with Dartmouth Hitchcock in Nashua (seen a few of their doctors, all good so far).

Health Plan- Not sure what's available to you, I have a stellar Blue Cross Blue Shield plan...but there is no way I could get that coverage without going through my employer

Dentist- TBD; scheduling appointments today to try one out.

I'm looking for the same answer. I am moving to Littleton, NH as soon as property sells and need to get private insurance for myself and an adult daughter. She has a pre-existing condition and I have received some quotes from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield which sound really good. Was quoted $230, with no deductible and doc visits ranging from $5-$20 per visit. Long story short does anybody have advice, insurance they recommend, any info will help. First time with private insurance.

I've used ehealthinsurance.com to get private health insurance plans for my family. I've used them for the past 4 years without any problems. It shows you plans available in your area, and all the details. Try them .
