Default Concordians - helpp with lodging

I will heading up your way this summer, and staying in Concord for a few days with my wife.

Places to stay are somewhat limited, but this place, the Centennial Inn, looks nice.

Visit the historic Centennial Hotel, Concord NH

Is it?

I have never stayed in the inn there, but if the restaurant is any indication, should be a very nice place. The restaurant is EXCELLENT.

Go for it and let us know how it is. I don't know anything about the Centennial Hotel, but Concord is pretty nice. I normally hate cities, but I don't mind shopping there. It seems to be set up real well so you can get from one store to the next without going through too much congestion.

But if you'd rather be on a lake or something, I've seen some places just a little north of Concord with very few bookings this summer.

Like what?

We're going to be driving around a lot, that's why I picked Concord. More centrally located. But if there is a nice place on a lake not too far from there, I'd prefer that.

Well, I went ahead and booked The Centennial. I will report back after my trip.
