If you don't want to be this far north, you could google hotels in central/lakes/southern, etc. NH and come up with a bunch of places as well.

Jobsinnh.com seems to have at least 4-5 new pages of jobs every weekday. Certainly beats the big boys (monster, careerbuilder, ect) . Criagslist also seems to have a good amount just watch out for all the multilevel marketing scams.

I can't open JobsInNH.com - Local New Hampshire jobs, careers and employment (Home) but probably is a moment problem

Try contacting the bestwestern hotel in the area where you want to work. They take workers from as far as Columbia when I was there in '06.
