Concord Hospital has a Family Health Center that may have a sliding scale, contact Wentworth Douglas, Portsmouth or even York hospital to see if they have a clinic. Due to the shortage of primary care doctors in the state, hospitals have clinics for patients without doctors.
There are two TB tests, the skin test where you have to go back to have it checked and there are two new lab tests. You do not want the lab tests due to your lack of funds, I know that the Quest one is over $100.

We drove through Stoddard a couple of weekends ago. Very neat community center. Old NH at its best.
