Most reputable/quality home builders in NH?
Any recommendations from folks who built their own home? Preferably in the sea coast region, but doesn't have to be.

Delridge Realty / Ed Delorey in Kingston, NH is a TERRIFIC builder!!! I used to be a partner in a painting business and painted the homes that he built. He is GREAT to work with and for. He's all about the customer and what THEY want - which you really don't see a lot these days. A lot of builders use inferior products and supplies to keep costs down - Ed is NOT that way. He's been in the business for a long time and will take the time with his clients. Plus he uses all of the same subcontractors for all of his houses and they are all wonderful also! Ed and his subcontractors just build a GREAT QUALITY home and that's that. : )
I have not painted for a few years now - but I'm sure if you just looked up his name you could find him easily. He isn't all about the big websites and signs all over the place - he's WAY past the point of needing to do that. And that's one reason he can keep the costs down for his clients.
I do HIGHLY recommend him.

Thanks, does he have any website at all? I can't seem to find him online. Sounds like a good recommendation though, would love to speak with him.

Anyone have any idea how many $ per square foot homes typically run in NH? I'm figuring for a very traditional 8 room colonial, nothing with very steep roofs or out of the ordinary.

What about Chinburg builders, anyone have any thoughts on them? They seem to be big in NH. Quality?
