Default 4th of July celebrations

Good Evening everyone!
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good location where we can spend a few hours celebrating the 4th and to see some decent fireworks Anywhere from Manchester to Concord to the seacoast would be ok. We are looking to see a nice display, maybe have something for kids to do beforehand (we'll have 2 boys with us - ages 7 and 10). We are not too keen on the Hampton Beach scene....just too many partyers hanging out and being WAY too rowdy.
Any suggestions?
Where do you all go to celebrate and see some good fireworks?

Thanks in advance! : )

Why not buy you own ? There are several fireworks retailers around the state and setting them off isn't dangerous if done correctly. Your kids would enjoy something like this a lot more.

that is always a possibility...although I guess it can get pretty expensive if you want some of the nicer ones.

Our town does not do a fireworks display or we would probably just go there.

Any other suggestions?

If you feel like taking a road trip, Woodsville has a really nice celebration with a parade and fireworks. It's slightly out of your preferred "triangle" though Have fun with whatever you decide to do!
