Default Talk to me about suburbs of Concord, please

We're trying to narrow down our move to a few places. I've read good and bad about Concord. If you can, tell me about the suburbs of Concord. I'm interested in someplace in community distance of the city but not in the city. Are there any areas to avoid? Thanks for all and any comments.

I don't know anything about Warner, but it's a beautiful small town. It's about 20 minutes from Concord, up I-89.
