Default Is there very much land for sale in bedford,nh?

We are wanting to move to New Hamshire in the spring time. We really like Bedford, and are interested in building our own house, but it seems like there is not much land available for sale. I spoke with a real estate agent and she told me that most of the land in bedford is tied to a builder. We really want to build, any suggestions?

Thank you for the response. It gives me some hope. We will just keep our eyes open, and hopefully something comes up.

I suggest keeping your eye on the MLS - something might come up... Alternatively you could build with a builder that owns one of the available lots.

In Bedford? I don't think so. Could be wrong though.

Myself and my fiance just bought in Bedford (closing in a couple weeks). It is not easy to find anything in Bedford. Abandoned property or run down? I don't think Bedford is a good town to be looking for that type of property.

Sure it could happen, worth looking for - of course. But highly unlikely all the same.

Just my 2 cents.
