I would have overwhelmingly said Exeter except for the fact that I wasn't sure you were a buyer. A 3br w/ a yard rental will be tough to come by in Exeter, probably even Dover and Hampton unless it is a house, which will be hundreds more per month. I would set my sights maybe some where more rural otherwise, but still close to these areas. Raymond, Nottingham, Lee, Madbury, again Epping might fit the bill for $1200. And I don't blame you a bit for not wishing to be in Rochester.

I am looking for a house not apartment. I would be willing to put in a fence if the landlord is ok with it. a lot of people around here put out signs in front of their house and don't advertise in the paper or online. I drive around every day looking.... RT 1 to MA then back up... we come home a different way every time. I like to shop, I need to be fairly close to shopping!!
what is farmington like? seems almost like rochester....I did like exeter and stratham I heard raymond is rough/ dirty. I have not been there yet.
