Default *hit them in the wallet*

Well, we went to buffet in Concord a few weeks back. The place was nice and the prices reasonable. The service...horrible. The woman glared the whole time we were there (a whopping 45 minutes). She GRABBED my plate away before I was done. She did not bother the people in the corner who were there WAY before we came and STILL there after we left. (I think she was afraid of them. They looked kind of rough.)

They also ate FAR more in one trip to the buffet than did my son or husband or myself.

After her coworker took my money, she did not say ANYTHING pleasant. She was nasty and rude.

What to do? Go review them...you have to find a place on the web and give review. Hit these people in the wallet until they learn 'be a bit polite' to customers.

I feel this way--if you are a decent customer, not a pain in the butt--you deserve to be treated with respect. If you DON'T know how to run a restaurant, then go do something else.
