Hi I live in New Hampshire and need to file for a homestead. I have no idea how to go about this any help would be appreciated

In NH, the homestead is automatically protected but only up to $30K per individual, $60K per couple. You don't need to file anything with the Registry of Deeds.

buck naked is correct, My source cites Ma. law but if you scroll down it also talks ablut the NH laws.
