Default Relocating to Portsmouth
My wife & I will be relocating to Portsmouth this summer. We're looking to rent for the 1st year. We'd like a condo/townhome. I've been looking on the web but haven't found much in the $1000-1200. Willing to live outside of Portsmouth, but want to be in NH. Appreciate any suggestions.

portsmouth can be a little pricey however, if you look in the Somersworth/Dover areas you can get more for you money. I am currently a land lord and I have two units, one 3brm that goes for 1700/mnt and one 2bdrm that goes for 1550/mnth... both of which are pretty standard when you are walking distance from Down town portsmouth. You could also look into, greenland, Rye or even Stratham.
