In that region where is the nearest private school and how do they compare to Public? In those towns what is a ball park figure for taxes on a 250K house? Thanks for any input.

I don't know what the taxes are but if you check on realtor.com you can do a search for your price range & it will give the taxes right there on the listing.
Pitman, however, has an excellent public school system
I'm not extremely familiar with the elementary/middle schools, but for high school, Gloucester Catholic is about 15 minutes away, but IMO you're probably better off going to the public schools for free. Pitman, Clearview (Mantua), and Washington Township (Sewell) are all probably at least above average, although Washington Township is one of the biggest schools in the universe.
But if you're really set on private school, Bishop Eustace is about 20 minutes away and is supposedly pretty good.
Thanks everyone for all the info it has been helpful.
