Vietnamese barber shops? (Washington: salons, home, barbers)

This is a long shot, but, are there any barber shops/salons staffed by Vietnamese in SJ? I'd be willing to go to Philly too. Need a haircut (mens) and prefer the way vietnamese barbers cut my hair. Been to several American-staffed barber shops and they screw it up.

You can try the one in Kensington in Philly. I forgot the name but it's right by all the asian stores. It's Cheap too!

You can probably find one in South Philly by Washington Ave.

It's not Vietnamese, but I've been really happy with Michael Alan's Fine Barbers in Cherry Hill. They do a great job in a great atmosphere. It may be worth a try before you head over the bridge.

You have to try Cafe Thanh Thanh for Pho Ga. It's been a while since I've been there (got to watch my diet)...making me hungry
