Rather than open a new thread I'll just bump this one...

How is Riverside? Up-and-coming? Trending downward?

Seems like it would be a great sport for some TOD. Riverline access, close to Philly, cheap prices. It would be awsome to see the Watchcase renovated into lofts or something.

According to Google there's a Starbuck's downtown, is this accurate? Having driven through once, it did not seem the kind of town that would have a Starbuck's.

There is no Starbucks in Riverside. Closest one is in Delran
