What is the status of this camera? I came up on a red light at Rt. 70 and Springdale Rd. the other day, needing to make a right turn. Car in front of me stopped then made a right turn. I did the same, but in hindsight may have stopped a little passed the stop line. I didn't see any flash or anything but then again it was during the day.

If you made a full stop, it's OK to turn right onto Springdale on Red. I still see the camera light flashes so camera is still active. On the other hand, if you stop and don't turn on red even when you are clear, you always have impatient folks sitting behind.
