They started it one other time & abandoned it. I'm not there anymore but my sister is & she doesn't believe that they will actually fix it. If they finish & fix it fine.

they've already done MASSIVE changes. Well much of it is prepwork for the new overpasses... moving very fast. Well, best to see with pics

But yes doesnt guarantee it corrects it.
