Hi All! Thinking about downsize move. . .selling our big house and looking at smaller options. Love the design and layout in the townhouses at Park Place@ Garden State Park. The size is just right for my small family. Condo association fees pay for things like exterior landscaping, snow removal, and access to a clubhouse with a gym and pool. However, concerned that there are suddenly a LOT of resales (as of now, April 2017). . .is there something wrong with the units? Are there issues in the community, such as crime? Or is this normal in the spring? I think they are still building new townhouses. However, several units are suddenly up for sale at same time on 1 street (Lexington Court), and now I'm seeing 2 units up for rent. Please advise. Being a townhouse community, I am sure there is some kind of resident association, but I can't find any information online. I would love to talk with someone who actually lives there before we make a decision to buy or rent.

I have a cousin who lives there with his wife and young daughter. Haven't heard any complaints. Sorry, not much detail, but I'm sure if they were having problems I'd have heard about it.

I'd take a thorough look at the HOA. Who are the officers? Do the fees keep going up? That could make or break your experience.

On the up side, you wouldn't have go far for anything. Conversely, there's far too much traffic in that area for me.
