It’s not just about driving distance. Point Pleasant is actually a slightly shorter drive for me than my preferred spot in Margate, which, itself, is one of the closest South Jersey Shore points to the Philadelphia area. But I’ve never been to Point Pleasant, or anywhere close to there.

I do too. The North part of it or like the South part of it?

Totally agree. I'm a transplant from Union County to Burlington County. Now I'm in Gloucester, way closer to Philly. It used to take me an hour and a 15 minutes to get to Philly and Robert Wood Johnson from Burlington County.

To the Taylor ham verses pork roll, I've always called it pork roll. We have Taylor ham at food stores in South Jersey.

Is your local ABC, NBC, etc affiliate Philly or NY? Do you get Giants games or Eagles games on Fox Sunday? Does this vary among central Jersey towns?
