Hi, I was wondering if anyone new how the housing around the first four lakes stack up against Timber Lake. And also what would be the premium for a lakefront vs non-lakefront. Thanks in advance.

I use to live in Timber Lakes and moved out. Very mixed neighborhood. Some people take good care of their homes and others don't. North Shore Drive is better than South Shore. Less crowded. It is better than the other lakes in the area as far as resale value.
