Probably improve once they reopen the third lanes. I've never seen 295 congested, even with what they have been doing. That's why I'm surprised.

I figured it out. Apparently the sight of construction vehicles has the same impact as seeing a cop on the side of the road. Slow down to half the speed limit.

It's amazing we have survived as long as we have considering how stupid humans can be as a collective group.

Ride home today (60 - 45) had all three lanes open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How bad is rush hour at 9a going taking 295 south thru the S turn at 42? I'm leaving Woodcrest and going to Delaware.
Or should I take 130 south to 295 at that time?

Traffic going southbound in the morning usually isn't bad. The problem is there is a stop sign for traffic entering the highway from Woodcrest due to the construction zone so it can take a while just to "merge" onto 295.

9a isn't too bad and if you're coming from Woodcrest, you're probably looking at just as much time/BS to cut through to 130 in Brooklawn.
