A) Urban NJ has a serious vinyl siding problem. Many of these row houses would look 100% better if they got rid of that disgusting aesthetic.
B) Does anyone have any info as to the status of the 3rd building (San Remo) that was supposed to be built along with the Monaco Towers? Is it just being postponed? Is it scrapped?

Postponed , along with the second half of Liberty Harbor and a few other projects that would transform Industrial wastelands into developments. I did see alot of small homes being constructed and businesses.
