alonzo95 is on a distinguished road
I do not believe that home prices in New Jersey are all that high. I live in Burlington County and have put my home on the market. We have had people from North Jersey and New York come to look at the house because prices up there are out of this world. I believe we are looking at a whole new market group to sell homes in south jersey.

I'm in Central Jersey and homes have sold in my development within 2 months or lately...1 day. Hard to believe.

Either homes sales are starting to turn around or sellers have realized that they need to and have lowered their asking price.

Why are you selling?
