A lot of domestic violence per the article..yeah she wrote if she turned up dead to make sure there was an autopsy as her husband had a hand in it.....

Poor kids....hope they are with a good family

It sounds in reality like the "court nazi's" found enough reasons, which they could find on anybody, to divide and destroy a family based on what they named their kids.

What they named the kids, as dumb as it is, shouldnt be any part of why they were taken away. It obviously wasnt a problem with the state when the birth certificates were issued and it shouldnt be now. Whether they can read and write is another stupid excuse too because we all know that any immigrant that can't read and write would never get their children taken away from them. Prove that there is abuse going on harmful to the children, dont use names and english skills as reasons for removing them.

If people actually read the article linked in the post, it does appear there was enough evidence that has nothing to do with their literacy skills or the names of the kids:

"The judges considered a typo-riddled note signed by Deborah Campbell and given to a neighbor. In it, Campbell says that if she were found dead, her husband was to blame.
"Hes thrend to have me killed or kill me himself hes alread tried it a few times. Im afread that he might hurt my children if they are keeped in his care. He teaches my son how to kill someone at the age of 3," the letter read in part."

You're right to each thier own, but when you put innocent kids in the middle of it it's no longer only your business. I'm glad these kids are being given a second chance!
