The schools are good and if you want to work for a ship builder, Viking Yacht is good to work for. I don't know about buying a house, but I do know that renting is wxpensive there and that is if you can find long term rentals.

Good Luck.

Last visit to Little Egg Harbor there were a lot of houses for sale in Turkerton and Mystic Island within your price range.

I have a house in Little Egg Harbor if you want it!. There are many houses in my development for sale. from 290- up!
My cousins live in Bayville and their taxes are about 3700.00. Their house is worth about 340,000.

Where in Vegas did you live? I lived there in 99-2000... I knew I didnt want to stay to raise a family there either!! or have them go to schools there. ( I didnt have any kids at the time but knew this was not my future!) . I used to live in Summerlin area...........It was definitely pretty though being near Red Rock Canyon.
