agree with above. JC is up and coming area. the living expenses in JC are very high now and some people getting moved out because they just cannot afford it. we used to live in newport area amd now we live in southwest part of JC (gated community off Rt 440 and close to bayonne. very nice and convenient area). JC has been putting lots of effort to redevelop the city. Recently I saw they have development proposal for journal square as well. Even though we are trying to move out JC before our baby reach the school age, we now want to re-consider because the whole JC may become a good area to live by the time my son is ready for high school and JC is very convenient for us to communte to NYC for work.
