Here it is.....njrentals and homehunters are both licensed real estate agency and have brokers of records and agents...and both have been in business for 20 years plus....duhhh...locators is not even in new jersey and the only listings they get are from the newspapers on line and craigslist.....and the lastest one is showcase management / onestoprents...and the new jersey real estate commission shut them down in little over a year...now they are trying to do it unlicense although the owners are licensed with other agencies...totally against the law. The reason why landlords go to homehunters and njrentals is because they are not contracted and get free advertising and tenant screening...unlike all other real estate agencies that charge a month fee and it takes forever to get a renter dumb enough to pay it and the landlord is contracted that if they rent it any other way..they must pay the realtor a piece of the cash as a penalty...how stupid...right...so now you know the deal ...any questions
ok well i am currently looking for either an apartment or house to move into and I stumbled upon the northjerseyapartment.net website and while it seemed "legit", I am not sure that they are. Can ypu dcheck out this website and let me know if this is similar or identical to the website you're talking about? I'd greatly appreciate it
