I know Riverview is great. It's part of Meridian which is always on that list of best places to work.

I guess I'll send an application, if I get a job at Centrastate, then I'll probably live somewhere in the freehold area/ zip code 07728. I checked American Factfinder and aparently the percentage of hispanics is smaller than the national percentage, so I can assume that means there aren't too many illegals. thank you

We recently had an experience at Princeton University Medical Center in Princeton, which was above and beyond anything we'd ever experienced in any hospital (in a hugely positive way). I know that isn't in Monmouth County, but you might want to look at that hospital as well.

First off, Old Bridge is not in Monmouth County. It's in Middlesex County.

The hospitals in Monmouth County are:

Jersey Shore Univ. Medical Center - Neptune
Riverview Medical Center - Red Bank
Monmouth Medical Center - Long Branch
CentraState Medical Center - Freehold

There is also Ocean Medical Center in Brick which is only a few minutes from the Monmouth-Ocean border.

Monmouth County, as a place to live, is great. There are a lot of options, from traditional suburbia to coastal to country/farm settings. I'd say you should pick the town you like. If you want a mix of (in a way) all three lifestyles, Wall Township is a good place to start.
