I am use to the other way. Just curious, what else is included in the taxes?
Considering buying there. Besides taxes and general home costs (like insurance, mortgage, ...), what other things do I have to budget for? I was told that trash would cost me $70-$100/month. I guess I would have a water bill. Anything else that I would have to pay? The trash thing made me a little scared by making me wonder if there were other things. I saw a post where they were trying to break the sewer charges out (I guess that would make them not tax deductable) and it made me think even more.
Same here. About $30 for trash each month. Water really varies. Its a nice place to live.
