I was looking there when I first started my home search. The units look great at first glance, but when you get up close, they are definitely a bit older and in need of minor maintenance/repairs on the outside., Unless you are looking at the two story townhouses, I think those are newer than the condos. My boyfriend and I really liked the neighborhood. We went there at night sometimes to walk around with our dog to get a feel for different days/times, and it was always nice and quiet. The pool area seems well maintained and they had a lot of planned activities listed when we were looking at the beginning of summer. We have since decided to buy a house instead of a condo tho, so we stopped looking there. But from what we saw, we liked it.

I lived for 2 years. Great place to start and very affordable. Outside of the units look dated but thats the only catch. I had a 2 BR 2BA 1st floor unit. Inside the units will vary just like houses as that all depends if people updated or not. Very open floor plan, galley-style kitchen, windows and sliding door can be old so can affect effciency. Maintenance fee was very affordable. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per unit. No street parking allowed. I wish I stayed longer than 2 yrs but the real estate bubble allowed me to move into a house since my equity went up during that time $60K in those yrs I lived there. Close to all those stores by Rt1. Only I just got sick of the Rt1 traffic on a daily basis. Great place to start out IMO. Plus, you are South Bruns Twp schools.

sums it up well...i know the community and hubby and i looked at the units when we were moving to the area a few years back. Still very quiet and the units on the second floor are more spacious because of the loft area (3rd bedroom) and all the storage space in the "attic".

good luck!

Wynwood is okay, I too looked there during my home search. I thought the insides of the condos were as outdated & in need of repair as the outside. Drive across Route 1 and look at Whispering Woods. IMO they're nicer. If sending kids to high school isn't a concern, I would recommend looking also in Franklin Park. Lots of condos & townhomes there.
