Hi,

I have bought a house in North Edison. The home inspection found some issues with the furnace and AC unit. The sellers seem to have fixed the problems. However I am not sure if I can trust that. I need to have someone come and review the work they have done.

Please advise what are my options as I am new to North Edison and do not have any contractor/qualified person to come in and check for me.

I also need an electirician to verify the work they did to fix the electrical issues as well.

Thanks

Why not bring back the guy you hired for the inspection? He should be able to determine if its in up to code.

Thanks. That was what I was thinking as well. But I am not sure he will come. They do home inspections mainly, and I had asked him specifically if they would come back to check if it was done properly and he said that they do not come back.
