Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate.
I do love this time of year, but wish there could somehow be two months between Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Ah! So many new and old names. I miss my CD-NJ family!!!
Just wanted to wish everyone a safe and delicious Thanksgiving, and enjoy the time with the ones you love and/or care about.
My mom and I will be cooking (starting tonight), and my brother's father may come over.
and of course I'll be watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade tomorrow morning

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone, from the Mighty Queen.
Jerseyt719, I'm sorry you lost your Gram. The first round of holidays after you lose someone is always hard. May her memory be a blessing to you.
Going to north Jersey to my mom's, picking up my daughter from her dad's on the way (she came home from college yesterday and will be staying with me till Saturday--yay!). First year in a while that all six siblings will be at Thanksgiving together--another yay!
Gluttony and a Scattergories marathon to look forward to.
Everyone be safe if you are traveling, and enjoy the day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Jerseyt719 so sorry for your loss. You must be a wonderful person to care for your gram.
For the first time in twenty years I'm not cooking and going over to my family's house. Yea!
Be safe out there and enjoy!

Thank you all so much for your sentiments. I really appreciate it.
We went and visited the grave this morning and dropped off our pies.
After, I went home and got down to cooking.
We did end up having a wonderful dinner right here, even though I cooked the turkey upside down..... Please don't ask how I did that, I have no idea~
I can tell you the underside was a beautiful brown, not so much on the top though.
