My friend may move to Bridgeton or Vineland. Is that a 'good area'? Btw does anyone know of western NJ and Port Jarvis, NJ/NY? Is that really all county, not that NJ is 'city' or anything it is nothing in the universe close to it, but is that area less inhabited?

I wouldn't live in either of those towns...but it all depends on what your friend is like and whether he/she has a family etc.

She is moving their at the age of 18 in the summer with her boyfriend's grandparents because they live in bridgeton and her parents are kicking her out (her parents are hellish). I hope this doesn't happen but are those areas "worse" than camden, passaic, paterson, etc.

Uh, I'm sure the banding together idea is nothing new that people have not heard before. Great advice though.

Port Reading does make more sense- hadn't even thought of that at the time. I guess I've been out of Woodbridge too long....lol.
