Default Is parking around the Weehawken/WNY/Guttenberg/North Bergen really bad?

I am currently looking for a place to rent around the area, somewhere close to or on blvd east. How important is it for me to find a place that has a parking garage? Would it be worth the extra money?

Any are there any realtors that anyone could recommend?

Boulevard East parking down in Weehawken below 47th St isn't that bad especially around the bend in the King's Bluff area. However its a major PITA above 47th...I highly recommend getting in a garage somewhere so you're not parking very far or looking for a parking spot at 2am in the morning.

Past Park ave is no longer Weehawken; that's Union City, isn't it?
