Does anyone else remember the beer & wine distributor on Old Post Rd? It was a large garage with drive through service, and you'd drive into the building from the front and out the back. I remember as a kid mix & matching cases of Hammer soda to bring home. We'd return the glass bottles on our next visit and take home another case.

Default Westinghouse plant on Rt 27

>Westinghouse built TV,s in the factory on rt. 27.

Worked at the Westinghouse factory from 1965 to 1968 under the black-shrouded "tent" at the end of the color tv line. JC Penny warehouse was right next door so the Penncrest-branded units were simply trucked across the parking lots. Revlon was across Rt 27 down aways. Anyone here worked at any of these?

The grave (I think that it's only one grave, but I could be wrong) is still there, in a raised plot located in the middle of the rear parking lot.

The grave was closer to the water at one time. The song Brandy was said to be written for the peson at the grave site.
