Rahway Parking people seem to be on vacation already. (Westfield: buying a house, buying)

Tried to call, no one answered. Anyone know what the current wait for a parking deck permit is (non-resident if that matters)? Considering buying a house on the very south end of Westfield, and it looks like Rahway would be easier to catch the train (that and there is a 2+ year wait for an outer lot, and another 2ish year wait for a good lot). Probably just call in January if I can't find out here. Just wanted to know (and if I could find out now, then all the better).
