Cheap Haircut in Central Jersey (New Brunswick, Livingston: coupons, living, prices)

I am a Grad Student in New Brunswick. I used be in San Francisco before I came to Jersey. In SF I could get a $6 haircut (basic, no frills) from Chinatown in SF. Are there similar inexpensive places to get a hair cut (Chinese, Indian, old fashioned moo & pop stores, anything, I am not very particular...) in and around New Brunswick?

There is a Fantastic Sams on Livingston Ave, (right by the Burger King) give them a call regarding prices, as the rates differ for each location, but on the whole the prices through out that chain are quite reasonable....

there are a couple Indian places on route 27 along north/south Brunswick that charges under 8 bucks. never tried myself but they are great for regular hair cuts. always cheaper than great clips or fantastic sams even after coupons.

I am happy with the hair cutter at the end of the foodcourt in quaker bridge mall. Price is $12 for men. Good talent for the price. It might be farther than you prefer.
