Fall is my favorite season, but winter is a close second. Colder temperatures, snow, cloudier skies...lovely. Much better than stepping outside and sweating within five minutes (granted our summers are more tolerable than further south).
Potential for another storm later this week. What's another couple feet?

Ohhhhh you masochist!
When's SUMMER gonna be here? I'm freezing my you-know-whats off.
I was up in NJ from 12/24-12/30, and we got 30 inches of snow at my mother's house in Toms River. It quickly reminded me of why we moved south. I kissed the ground when we got off the plane in Atlanta, as the 2" of snow we had here on Christmas was already gone and it's back in the 50's. So good to be home......

then why the heck does my transplanted friend always complain it's colder there than here?

Hahaha..well one of your fellow citizens of Atlanta is predicting this which could bring Jersey type weather (SNOW????) to sunny Atlanta....
Careful- according to some of the maps that accompany that thread, it's not an isolated event- it's going to cover half the damn country, including NJ.....
