The ironic thing is that this is the exact type of gun that the 2nd amendment was meant to protect possession of. Guns with magazines and automatic firing mechanisms, not so much. I doubt anything happens to this guy but the bottom line is he broke the law and it is only responsible to charge him and check the gun to see if it matches any open investigations. Flint lock pistols are just as capable of killing someone as any other gun. Just ask Alexander Hamilton.

Yep..........an elderly man, in possession of an antique gun, more than 3 times older than he is, is a REAL threat to society.
It is collectivly ALL OF YOUR FAULTS for allowing this to go on, when you keep voting for politicians who allow this.
