Valley Road is a nice area and you're in West Orange. Though it is a block from Orange which is a sketchy town, it still have nice homes and is safe.

I lived in Orange near Valley Road for 2 years.

my guess is lots of people will say no. but i live up the road towards gregory, and i still don't see what the issue people have with "the valley" is. orange really isn't too bad, but it's more run down in need of some TLC.
