Cool Tinton Falls NJ

This town is one of the longest towns i ever visited. Is the northern part near Shrewsbury more expensive than the southern part near Neptune.

Seems more high end than southern part. What are other differences??

Yes the northern portion of Tinton Falls has higher priced homes due to its geographic location near Colts Neck (very exclusive). Most of the northern section is mostly residential with some commercial. The housing is large single-family with some farms still existing.

The southern portion has more of a mixed-use: residential, commercial, manufacturing, light industry. The residential is more multi-family housing and smaller homes. And as mentioned above alot of the soutwest part of TF is the county landfill.
