Marc hit the major points considering USR. Having lived close by I'd say that the only downside, if you'd call it that, is it's kind of humdrum & boring. Like living out in the country of west Jersey almost but you're still close to shopping in Ramsey & Mahwah. It actually is an anamoly in Bergen which, depending on your POV, may be a good thing. Like he said, I never got the "tight community" vibe when I was there.
