Ryan Homes Barnegat (sale, attorney, new home)

I had posted in the past when i was in Attorney Review, we are way past that now. We purchased in Independence Place, made all of our selcetions & are trying to sell our home. Not much action on the sale of our current home, but very excited about the new home. we are told our closing will be in dec.
Just wondering if any one else is purchasing or what place in the process they are in.

We are looking to move to Highpointe off Barnegat Blvd. Ryan homes have also added Carriage Estates off of West Bay Avenue (down by the 55+ communities). That also seems like a nice location.

I looked at two Ryan Home developments in Barnegat. (Independence Place and Highpointe). I am considering moving to Highpointe as well, the location is much nicer than Independence Place and the homes are larger. The Zachary model, the one I am interested in is priced at $369,000 at Independence Place and $409,000 at Highpointe. For the extra $40,000 I'll go to Highpointe for the location and the better resale value of the home.

The sites have been very busy the past two weekends. My husband and I will be closing the end of this month @ high Pointe. Ryan Homes -Carriage Estates west of the parkway. My girlfriend just signed for a Zachary in Independence. I love the model there, very nicely decorated. I like both dev. Good luck with your choice.

Whatever you do, have an INDEPENDENT home inspection by a certified inspector and do NOT close until evererything has been corrected. We purchased a Ryan home so full of construction defects that it leaked from day 1 and should have been bulldozed.
