There may be. It depends on where you live in the state. My mortgage guy found $14,000 worth of grant money to help pay for my closing costs. He may be able to help you also. Give him a call..His name is Ed D'Anna at Superior Mortgage Corp. 609-294-4317.

He's very knowledgeable and well versed on many of the state's programs. Tell him James Rodriguez referred you.

Do any one have the name, contact, info etc. for these elusive grants to help mid income families purchase a home in central or south jersey? We need help with downpayment, per centages, and closing costs.I keep getting told money is available but no one seems to know where or how. I prefer to have some of my h.w. done myself so I can sleep better at night.

Ditto Ed D'Anna. I've referred first time home buyers to him and we've closed several transactioins together. My clients did their homework and thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Good luck!

Thanks,
I want to do my homework. Do you have the name of any programs that I can research myself?
