im not saying cops jobs cant be compared to private sector ones. but you know if you put the spotlight on them they will start talking about how they are heroes and in the line of fire every day and all the rules that they must follow, etc.

Teacher's salary have no bearings on thus story whatsoever. I wonder though, what can make a 16 year old female attack a teacher.

a lot of private school teachers haven't taken the same certifications public school teachers have. also, if you're a teacher working for a catholic school, you know going in you won't be making much.

yes, public schools get to make people jump through some more hoops because they are offering a more desirable job. i guess the question would be if those additional certifications are making those teachers better. i believe private schools outperform public schools from what ive been hearing (dont currently have data for that claim, id have to research it i suppose if you disagree).

That's right, they are all "Highly Qualified" in NJ public schools.
