Default Where are the people from New Jersey?

I do a lot of traveling across the US by car, and have a tendency to look at the car plates, to see the state they come from, but very seldom I see New Jersey plates. For example: I just returned from Florida, and driving back and forth so only 4 plates from NJ. A multitude from Pennsylvania, New York, and Canada.

Is it that most of the folks travel by airplane?

we pay so much in property taxes that we want to get our money's worth and stay here as much as possible.

For long distances, yeah, I would say people go by plane. Other than the snowbirds when they are driving south for the winter.

Well the first time they drive down, they take their cars. Like in November. Then they fly if they come back up for the holidays or whatever.

My grandmother flies down to FL and hires someone to drive her car down. No way a 92 year old should be driving down to FL. (Or anywhere else imho, but try telling her that.)

Drive out to 95 South somewhere between NJ and FL and look real closely, you will spot the guy driving her car down there.

I dont know if he is actually FROM NJ though, so it may be anti-climactic.

I assume that you drove 95. Next time try 85. You'll see plenty.
