Looking for a fairly large kitchen or a restaurant kitchen available during off hours. We prefer the kitchen have a stove on an island, as seen on the morning TV shows. We're filming the show with two hosts and a crew of about six people. This is a new cooking show that will be broadcast to a national and international audience. More details will be given after contacting through this forum. Prefer Manhattan or northern and central NJ areas.

I can easily think of the Food Network HQ in Manhattan since majority of their shows are filmed there. Then, there's Xanadu Meadowlands which was said to have a cooking show type of place there, but that all depends on when that place opens. >.>

I think you have higher chances of trying to find some kind of studio in Manhattan more so than in NJ. Unless, there is a kitchen store/restaurant that's willing to take some kind of giant leap out of the box...to promote both the store/restaurant and a show. You'll have to drive around the area restaurant to restaurant to find out. Of course, that reminds me of Martha Stewart who has her own home converted into a partial TV studio (although, she also goes into NYC to work too).

Dakota Studio on Fifth Avenue in NYC has a fantastic shooting kitchen...complete with a camera facing stove on a moveable island, double ovens, stainless appliances, black granite...all in a great shooting studio. Google us for photos and info!
